She also mentioned that the vaccine had a temperature excursion on 4/1/2024 but did not know the excursion details. She will call back with temperature excursion; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. No information on patient’s medical history, current conditions and concomitant medications was provided. On 28-JAN-2025 the patient was vaccinated with expired dose of varicella virus vaccine live (oka/merck) (VARIVAX) lot # X002100 and expiration date 19-JAN-2025 for prophylaxis (exact dose, dose number (reported as “1 dose” which could indicate both, one dose and first dose), route and site of administration were not provided)) (expired product administered). No symptoms reported (no adverse event).
