pt states she woke up in terrible pain. Her head, neck, shoulder and back were in terrible pain. She was confused. She couldn’t turn over or control her bladder/ Then she had to vomit. She could not remember what happened after that but woke up about 6 in the morning. She make coffee but couldn’t drink it. She felt ill all day the following day. She had total confusion and laid around all day. Then the day after that her blood pressure dropped.
