Information about medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies was not provided. On 20-JAN-2025 the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with expired dose of hpv rl1 6 11 16 18 31 33 45 52 58 vlp vaccine (yeast)(GARDASIL 9) (lot # W029724, expiration date 08-JAN-2025, Single Dose; strength, route were not reported) for prophylaxis (expired product administered). No adverse event was reported.
