There was no information about the patient’s concurrent conditions, concomitant therapies or medical history provided. On 27-SEP-2002, the patient started therapy with hepatitis b vaccine (recombinant) (RECOMBIVAX HB) intramuscular injection, administered for prophylaxis (strength, lot #, expiry date, and route of administration were not provided) (Inappropriate age at vaccine administration).
