Reported Symptoms: 10054112:HOSPITALISATION; 10067923:VACCINE BREAKTHROUGH INFECTION; 10084268:COVID-19; Narrative: Patient was hospitalized for community acquired pneumonia and COVID-19 PNA (deemed asymptomatic). Patient received Augmentin and azithromycin for treatment of bacterial pneumonia. He did not receive treatment for COVID, but was found to be positive on admission.
