The Kinrix was the 2nd in the series; Kinrix was administered to a 5 month old; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered in a 6-month-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 7D2Y4, expiry date 22-AUG-2025) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Pediarix. On 15-NOV-2024, the patient received the 2nd dose of Kinrix. On 15-NOV-2024, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix and an unknown time after receiving Pediarix, the patient experienced inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered (Verbatim: The Kinrix was the 2nd in the series) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix was administered to a 5 month old). The outcome of the inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were unknown.
